He is formerly the Volunteer Services Coordinator for the Alliance of Concerned Men, and former Roving Leader with the DC Department of Parks & Recreation. He co-founded R.E.A.C.H., a non-profit organization supporting youth and ex-offenders. He is formerly the Crime Prevention Coordinator for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington.
